Minnetonka Auto Body was established by Dave Larson in 1997, at the present location at 2808 Hedberg Drive near Cedar Lake Road and the Hopkins Crossroad (County Road 73) in Minnetonka. Dave grew up in the auto body, paint and collision repair industry - four of his uncles owned auto body repair shops. He worked in one of his uncle's shop repairing and restoring 1955, 1956 and 1957 Chevrolets. After working in an independent auto body repair shop and for an auto dealership, he had an opportunity to purchase some equipment and start his own business. Dave says, "I always wanted to own my own business. I enjoy providing great customer service and delivering consistent quality and craftsmanship. Minnetonka Auto Body is differentiated by the personal attention we give to each customer. We try to make the repair process as painless as possible and we also try to taylor a repair to fit each individual customers needs."
